Sculpture and Tokonomas

Condon and Georgeann Kuhl discovered many years ago that by combining their work, new art forms took shape and new areas of artistic achievement could be realized. The following are some examples of our collaboration.

 Tokonoma Series
In Japanese tradition, the place of honor has a special meaning. Every home has an alcove, a tokonoma, reserved for one or two beautiful things...a painting, an ikebana arrangement of flowers, or a bonsai. These new sculptures allow you to create your own special place: for a unique piece of jewelry, a small sculpture, or a vase with flowers. Allow our reverence for the Japanese aesthetic to inspire you! Each piece contains ebonized or natural wood with handmade paper.
